Patrick M. O’Donnell - Corporate Counsel
Patrick O’Donnell has years of experience in corporate and business law, including years of practice working with Scotty Paulson in the network marketing industry. He is a civil litigator and transactional attorney, providing counsel and advice on legal matters.
Pat is a partner in Smith, Paulson, O’Donnell & Associates, PLC, and was previously a partner and a founder of Granath & O’Donnell, P.A., where he practiced business, labor and employment law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to that, he practiced in Galveston and Houston, Texas with McLeod, Alexander, Powel & Apffel, where he likewise practiced general business, corporate and labor and employment law.
He is a member of the Minnesota and Texas State Bars, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Minnesota, Southern Texas, Eastern Texas and Western Texas, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
