On the morning you are going to start your 10 Day Program, measure your waist line with the supplied cloth tape measure and your weight. We also suggest you ask someone to take your picture. We have found that many people also lose fat in their face and neck as you Slim Down.
Before each meal start with a little exercise. This can be something like brisk 10 minute walk. You are looking to give your metabolism a kick start for the day. Depending on your current level of fitness, this can be more or less exercise.
Take 1-3 ounces of Cheia Vida with your morning meal.
